Prete, classe 1962, ha frequentato l'Istituto di Belle Arti di Vercelli sotto la
guida del prof. Renzo Roncarolo, il quale, solitamente restio ai complimenti,
disse di lui: «Prete ha frequentato il corso di pittura con esiti lodevoli. ha
dato prova di ottime capacità dimostrando grande sensibilità nel trattare il
colore. la sua espressione pittorica è vasta e complessa".

Leonardo Prete was born in 1962 and studied at Vercelli Istituto di Belle Arti under professor Renzo Roncarolo.
